rok I don't know this company at all but I'll take a shot at it. From its profile on Yahoo, I notice these things:

1) CLEC's. Not a good sector to be in.
2) Current ratio of 1 is ok.
3) Debt/Equity ratio is 5 which is high.
4) % Float shorted is 39% (over 1/3) which is a telltale sign of problems.
5) Cash is only $547M. Don't know the burnrate so can't tell when cash will run out.
6) Short ratio is 7.10 which gives more confidence factor to short.
7) From looking at numbers on Income Statemments, they're lossing money left and right.

Well I would stay out of this until short interest is decreasing and market condition is improving for CLEC's in getting additional fundings.
