Just got a letter from the MGM Grande, Seems Mayweather and Corrales are going to be mixing it up on January 20. Gonna see if I can get some tix for that one. I have only seen Mayweather fight once, so I can't really give too accurate of an assessment, but I really like Corrales a lot.

I'm trying to get ticks for a planned March bout between Bernard Hopkins and Roy Jones Jr. at MSG. (Jeez...March seems way too soon, doesn't it.) Anyway, this is their second bout, they fought in 1993 (Jones won by decision) for the IBF Super-Middleweight championship (quite sure that was the division). It should be interesting, unless Jones decides to duck this one the way he's continusally ducking Darius Michaelwczski. Any opinions on this one? Anyone? It's a slow time for boxing and the thread reflects that. We're all busy these days, anyway. Come the New Year, there should be more to discuss and conjecture about. :) LPS5
