You must also be looking forward to the Democrats taking over the Senate when Jesse and Strom no longer are able serve. Both come from states with Democrat governors. But that's probably a bit moot, as is Cheney's tie-breaking ability, given the GOP doesn't have 60 votes to cut off a DEM filibuster. And I do think the DEMS have the power to tie up a Supreme Court appointment. You should also consider that if Bush has any hope of political survival, particularly given the way he got the presidency, he's gonna have to act like a Democrat. Of course, you probably weren't expecting any of that, were you Snake Eyes? (LOL) In any event, you got your man in. History will take its course.
