I also see a short-term rally coming, but I'm not playing it. I remain 100% in Pro Funds Ultra Bear (2X S&P). 11:00 AM CST. MomentuMonkey still NEUTRAL with negative bias. S&P 500 Index target 1327, -1,9% from 1351.91. Both Valuation and Momentum remain Neutral. I suppose that 1350 is a key level to break that would likely give a sell signal. We could have a brief rally today, but I expect the 1350 level to be trashed by Tomorrow.
