elmatador- Thanks for the clip. The new FCC chairman could become a pivitol event for telecom investors. I hope if the FCC deregulates LD letting the local incumbents do LD, then by the same token they need to do whatever it takes to let the IXCs do local. IMO, the single biggest problems are 'open access' and 'unbundling' issues. I hope Mike Powell(or whoever Kennard's predecessor is) destroys these two roadblocks to progress. Generally speaking, our current chairman seems to make these roadblocks stronger. -MikeM(From Florida)
