Corning reaffirming guidance along with NT's dismissing the rumor of a warning may be enough to swing the pendulum.

Corning's press release basically supports the idea that NT is not going to be warning. It appears some traders were not convinced on NT. I expect it to trade higher even though techs look weak this morning.

Hi Dave - traders do that a lot, both on the long end and the short end. If SEC enforces FD regulation, it should also look into it. Probably it has been doing so under the cover already. I do agree the prevailing sentiment on SI that if SEC is cramping down on Yahoo! type rumor mill, it should aim for the big guns on the trading flr.

best, Bosco
