Dear Steve Lee: Well, being the ugly American I figure if we fix ourselves that fixes overseas. haha. Actually, by lowering interest rates we likely will weaken the $$ and strengthen the EURO, will that help? JDN

He can only help Alan G insulate us from overseas problems by paying down the debt and letting AG adjust rates and the flow of money.

The problem is I doubt he will. He will squander the surplus on tax cuts. And I will end up having to dig into my pocket and buy a case of bud for twister.
