CC: regarding cost of gum vs. cigarettes --- I don't know the relative cost/day of each, but I don't think that's the issue. The issue is (as you correctly imply) a health issue. Cigarettes kill, gum doesn't. If one included the cost of personal illness in with the cost of cigarettes, not to mention mortality, I think one would find that the TOTAL cost of smoking cigarettes is extremely high. Dan: keep the faith. You know you're right, I know you're right, and the bashers don't care. They just want to bad-mouth the stock in the hopes that they will scare away unsuspecting investors and thus strengthen their short position. They really aren't interested in an enlightening exchange of thoughts. They are modern-day snake oil salesmen: saying whatever untruths are necessary to convince others with the objective being their own personal gain. It's about as intellectually offensive as it gets. Their day will come, and soon. rli
