F.S. Not obvious this NR. But basically, I think that X-Cal is suggesting that the Sleeper project in Nevada has much more potential then Placer thoughts. The new model make them believe that it has the same structure of those found in the Carlin Trend and that a mega deposit could be sitting there deeper. They are trying to convince Placer to pursue this idea, I guess. From other press releases, I think that PDG has some kind of payment to make to X-Cal, if they want to stay in. That is the general idea I guess.. but I don't know the details. I might check further.
