yes, Maria assured us once again that there is 'soize' cash poised to re-enter the market with one pregnant breath and then continued in the next to mention that 20% of inflows went into foreign funds AND to blab about how someone at Merrill sees [bullish] signs of capitulation in that some people are starting to give up on equities and keep money in cash... it really is getting quite comical.

perhaps, she's counting dimpled cash along with the hanging cash (getting margin calls) and pregnant cash (heavy on margin).
