this borders on criminality. no-one knows yet just how big their losses will get (over 5 billion in losses over the past 4 weeks, and counting) and when the banks will turn off the credit spigot.

regarding the mufu inflows, i take them as proof that there is utter complacency and denial out there...note, the BIGGEST inflows occurred in Q1, when stocks peaked. huge inflows are an extremely negative contrarian signal. yes, they will help to ramp the market for a short period of time when they're deployed. afterwards it's off to money heaven however.
