Well, the stock had surges in volume when IBD covered it. I beleive if they perform on earnings, IBD will give them coverage again. That is when McDonald oversold the stock. I beleive he underestimated the money flow coming in to the stock when IBD featured it, and when his inventory ran out, he just kept selling to hold the stock down. So now he is sitting on this big naked short...and everyone knows it. He could of course just keep selling until he has sold the whole float short, but then what?

I figure worst case scenario, the stock doesn't move on good earnings...at least not right away. But if it does get hit with volume, McDonald Securities has a tough decision to make. If he decides to cover, the stock could do 50% in 2 days.

That is all just my opinion though. Was just sharing what I knew.
