Fudd, I don't think he realizes the power of a takeover announcement to move a stock. The entire sector has moved dramatically on this news. Some stocks like USIX have already doubled in a very short time. . . .and the longer they drag out their acquisitions. . .the more they will end up paying for the companies. And we are talking the difference in hundreds of millions of dollars. . . . Lauer knows this. He is just putting his own spin on it, IMO.
