I don't think the integrated memory controller would be that big. I would rather not, I think that there needs to be some more experimentation with chipset ideas like eCache before that degree of integration is done. Memory bus technologies seem to be somewhat unstable also, remember that a year ago AMD was still talking about Rambus for their SMP solution. Ok, the SMP chipset hasn't made it to market yet but I think Rambus has been deep-sixed permanently. Besides, LDT or a derivative might be the future for memory busses...
