Al, I can assure you that the requirements for citizenship in terms of language proficiency are rudamentary. That's why I used the word "theoretically" several times in the sentence. You did howevre choose to ignore the remainder of my post (impaired, old, etc..). You can always ask for help. They have a lot of people in the polling places who are ready to assist. By the way, what did you think of GW's speech last night? It was ok, nothing special. The biggest problem for the politicians is that Ronald Reagan set the bar so high, that nobody came close in years. Joe
