jghutchinsom, I disagree about Omnia contributing to an increased market cap for Ciena since it has not added anything to the bottom line. The Westboro facility is still there, filled with all new people hired mostly from 3Com, some LU, Fujitsu, etc.. The VP of engineering left over the last 3-4 months to go to another start-up. the CEO is at winphoria. the directors of HW and SW are at home. Many of the engineers are at new places, with some staying at home. The bottom line is that Ciena issued 16 million shares for the acquisition. do the math. tp
