Yes, although I see 'cash on the sidelines' as bullish, I have no idea how anyone figures out that it's "on the sidelines"... ie. that it is even in the game. There must be absolutely BILLIONS in cash for example that is going to be payed to the government in April by those cashing in on the 'great IPO robbery' of the last year. I owe 1/3 of my entire account in taxes... is that cash on the sidelines? No
