Bandwidth glut -

This is a small data point, but I had lunch today with someone who mentioned that for years USWorst (now Qworst) has resisted putting in fiber to the western slope here in Colorado because they said there was no demand, but that they did so recently (OC-48) and already it's sold out and their putting in another.
