E&M has nothing on when an H&S is negated, and say it is very rare when one fails outright. They say, in essence, that we should take it as a sign that the trend is changing, and that we should probably be looking for the bottom to reform, and take that second pattern as definitive.

Agree that we could be forming complex H&S bottoms on NDX, COMPX, OEX and SPX.
