Ever heard of "No excuse, Sir?" Of course Karen... but somewhere along the line you have completely twisted my point.... All I have stated is that once the servicemember has PROPERLY done their part in filling out the ballot, IF there is AN ERROR OR DELAY on the part of the DOD or APO sytems, the servicemember deserves to receive some slack with regard to their vote being counted. That's all I've stated.. Common sense... no special treatment on a personal basis, but simply that their votes not be invalidated due to problems beyond their control... Why has that been so hard to understand?
