SII...agree with you on T. Lott. Sure looked like a dandy in denim when he and Hastert met with Dub & Cheney. How in the world he got the number one spot will remain a mystery of the first order. What a rube!

I agree with your assessment of Trent Lott. Very wishy-washy. If the Republicans wanted to stay with the college cheerleader theme, Kay Bailey Hutchison has that prerequisite and would be an improvement over Lott as Senate Majority Leader, IMO.
