ICIX - still a possibility that it could go to trial to block merger: udge Refuses to Block WorldCom, Intermedia Merger WILMINGTON, Del (Reuters) - A Delaware judge refused to block the merger of WorldCom (WCOM.O) and Intermedia Communications (ICIX.O), as requested by minority shareholders of Digex Inc (DIGX.O), which is controlled by Intermedia. But in an 88 page opinion issued late Wednesday after the close of trading, Chancellor William Chandler of the Delaware Court of Chancery warned that the Digex minority holders 'have shown a likelihood of success on the merits of their Section 203 claim' if the case proceeds to trial.
