Web2U Greek sales bolstered via national advertising campaign
MILTON KEYNES, UK, Dec. 14 /PRNewswire/ - Web2U (OTC Bulletin Board: MUCP - news), a world leading designer and manufacturer of low cost web-to-TV internet access systems, is strengthening its presence in Greece through a multi-media advertising campaign undertaken by Millennium Telecom Stores S.A.

The nationwide campaign includes advertising and infomercials on Greece's three national radio stations, billboard advertising and street side promotions and competitions in Athens and Greece's second city of Salonica. The campaign has also seen the set top boxes promoted through Veropoulos, a nationwide chain of Greek supermarkets and a joint promotion with Salonica newspaper. The initiative will run until the end of the year.

The product has also been well received in the media with independent media reviews appearing in various newspapers and lifestyle magazines.

Millennium Telecom Stores S.A., part of the Klimatair Group, currently has 20 retail outlets (``Millennium Stores'') in Greece and distributes Web2U's technology throughout the country and into other markets in South East Europe, including Bulgaria, Armenia, Romania, and the countries that make up the former Republic of Yugoslavia.

Millennium Telecom Stores S.A. commercial director, Panagiotis Sarris, said:

"The response to the campaign has been excellent, we are very pleased
with the sales so far and we expect them to increase in the build up to
Christmas. The campaign has focused on informing and educating -
illustrating how easy it is to access the internet. Currently only
around 6% of Greeks use the web. This figure is due to expand rapidly
as its popularity grows."

"At the end of the year, we will assess our current promotional
activity and build on this success in 2001. We are already talking to
various hotel chains who have expressed an interest in the product,
following our participation at Philoxenia, Greece's leading exhibition
for hoteliers."

Web2U chief executive, Darran H. Evans, added:

"It is clear from the interest we are finding in Greece that there is
massive potential in our technology and the internet in general. We aim
to be at the forefront of harnessing this growth and increasing our
sales."

Millennium Telecom Stores S.A. is a member of the Klimatair group of companies, that includes Klimaphone, a provider of cellular, internet, paging and fixed-telephony services and Algosystems, a data/telecommunications systems integrator. Klimatair, formed 20 years ago, is a leading air conditioning company in Greece and represents a number of high-tech firms and produces OEM products in cooperation with well-known manufacturers such as Samsung and LG.

Web2U is a wholly owned subsidiary of MSU Corporation, based in Milton Keynes, UK.
