That's a given Republican=Rich; so rates don't matter, hell what's a couple point increase on a mortgage note? More interest to deduct, and less taxes to pay! Hell the tax credit will more than offsets the increased interest charges, and the interest charge deduction, well just view it a nice little added bonus!

I have thought about it hard, the economy is not slow enough and in my opinion we will see in Jan a dislogue on that, but if that is the case the contradiction has to be resolved the market as 'Peace' mazamdar points out will hit 3900 and for me 4200 before it backs down.. one hell of a rally if market considers that it is not big r it is still the I that haunts the markets...
