Are you another one of the Bush spin doctor parrots? Florida law, as written by the Florida Legislature, calls for each canvassing board to use their own standards for counting the undervotes. It was the law before and after the election. Past elections in Florida did just that. Bush's lawyers knew that he would lose if that was done, JUST AS IT WAS DONE IN PAST FLORIDA ELECTIONS, so the only option to win at any cost was to run out the clock before those valid votes were counted. Just what rule changes are you referring to? Try thinking for yourself and using alternate sources of information.
