FWIW: Bill Seidmann says that Feds will actually CUT rates on Tuesday. If so, a major rally could occur. Fed talk should start up tomorrow especially near the close.

If you believe that options expiration Fridays are usually very calm and the above rate cut scenario is possible, then going long near the close tomorrow (or if we get a big dip at the open then buying at 9:50), it might just be a great time to profit on the long side, at least temporarily.

Market sentiment should start shifting once options concerns are behind us.

I plan on doing homework tonight on what stocks I want to go long on tomorrow, just in case I decide to trade in advance of the Fed. meeting. And right now, I am inclined to do that, especially if the market weakens into the close today and early tomorrow.
