yup...by now one would expect most people to be pretty frustrated with the continued exhortations to buy the never-ending dip. there's this perverse WS advice that you should be fully invested all the time for the 'long term' and not try to time the market, but 'buy all the dips' too...by definition that's not possible. they also conveniently forget to mention that historically there IS such a thing as bear markets, some of which are secular and can last a very long time...
