Most people feel that all politicians lie, but all Gore has a particular way of stretching the truth. He's actually more of a braggart who consistently exaggerates his role in the successful things he does. Speaking of perjury, has anybody checked GW's business records, jury forms, that sort of sworn-affidavit thing, to see whether over the years he has declared truthfully that he had a record of three arrests? Now, I know that committing perjury to hide an arrest record would be much less serious than committing it to hide sex, so this is only academic interest on my part. I have no information on this, but I know that from time to time I have to sign documents stating whether or not I've been arrested or convicted. Bush may not have had anything to swear to in that regard. But if he did, I wonder if he mentioned his arrests.
