Judge of U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, 1979-89; U.S. Representative from Florida 23rd District, 1993-. Impeached and removed from office as federal judge in 1989 over bribery charges. Senator Lieberman voted to impeach him. No wonder Dems elected Hastings to Congress. Felons can't vote but if they're Dems, they can legislate! btw, his CNN biography omits his history. Whore-Aldo and Matthews never mentioned it either.
