VENKIE I agree with you that maybe the time to buy some bargain techs is now. I disagree that the "tech leaders" have bottomed. I think they have another 50% or so more to drop. But some internets and other beaten down techs maybe at or near their lows. Here is a public portfolio of some beat up techs (all of them highly speculative) that I created today. I have bought or added to my positions in some of these stocks in the last few days: siliconinvestor.com
