It's going to increase even more after the bubble bursts completely. The top tier has been cashing in their stock options, coming public and cashing in, etc... all along.

It's the middle that's been buying all this worthless and overvalued paper.

Second, the stock options game only made it to the middle levels in recent years (not vested yet) so the middle is now holding a ton of underwater options instead of cash compensation that would/could have been saved.

It was a huge transfer of wealth from the middle to the top...and not just corporate America, the media, and Wall St. is to blame. AG.com fueled it.
