Yes, there's an idiot clown that I work with that has bought the whole New Error thing hook, line, and sinker. Never bothered to pick up a history book, never pulled up a long-term chart. His idea of learning market history is to study the great bear that wasn't in 1994 because of Greenspan's magic.

This dolt would stroll by bragging about all the money he was making buying every dip, going into leverage. Meanwhile, I was telling him to pull up history on Japan, because we were in a similar bubble. Time to sit on the sidelines or learn how to go short, I said. All he could do was gush about how superior we are, and how this is different, and how baby boomers had to buy tech stocks forever. He really fancied himself quite the trader. Needless to say, I don't hear him bragging any more, but I can only imagine what buying the dip on margin in BRCM and JDSU has done for him. A first-rate Clown through and through. A real VENKIE clone. I hate that crap. People with that behavior, who think they're "investing", deserve what RealMan's got for them.
