That's not dramatic enough to inspire the sheep.

IMO, the burden of proof is on naysayers. The facts speak for themselves: FDR restricted intelligence info going to Hawaii, we had broken the Japanese code, and FDR was baiting the Japanese.

Until those planes were at least over American waters, intercepting (meaning shooting at them) would itself be an act of war - by the US. If a group of Russians planes is flying 20 miles off our coast we, can't shoot them down until they enter our territory.
