Venkie, Look, that's not what I am saying. Only f*cking Luc is saying that. -g What most of us are saying is that the main tide has turned to down and did some time ago. This is hardly worth arguing -- just look at the damn charts. It's that f*cking simple. 'nuf.

Well, we do seem to be crashing on schedule. Just going down a few points at a time on average. Plenty of time to either panic or...not to panic.

Did some "shooting at will" on poots today as suggested by luc. Probably regret it -g- I did like my spring FNM's though. Can easily imagine a property slump around then.
