Paul. Well, it didn't hold. Looks

like we might test the Dec 4 Gap. MM's must have be short from runup. BTW, the 12/4 gap is about a 72% retrace of the recent runup. Maybe tomorrow's #s make us wrong, but I doubt it.

PS. The dark cloud on the weekly (Nasdaq) scares me.......

I remember that Donald Sew considered spx 1340 significant, but I can't remember why. Can you? Why is 1320 important?
