I already hold a psoition so was looking to lower my cost basis and then get out on a hopeful jdsu run over the next 3 months. But, as you probably read in my follow up post, I got an e-mail alert from e-trade saying my order at $1 was an error and I didnt get the calls....oh well. Will try again tomorrow. My main purpose in doing this is to try and get out of a position I already have. hopefully by lowering my cost basis, I wont need much of a run to get out....sure it's a risk, but sheez, i would think that jdsu has got $20 to the upside over the next 60 days on the sdli deal, fed easing, solid earnings and etc....but who knows.....maybe I am throwing good money after bad money. The way jdsu has jumped around, I figure those calls could easily hit $4 - $10 if jdsu runs.....then again, they could be worthless pieces of junk within a month or two......
