keith...atmel if the fundamentals are convincing, and appear to be stable going forward, then your 1/3 plan would work. still can be volatile with an overall bad market day, but at this point 15-20% is the most downside i can see....it has moved about 40% recently. today it was up about 5-6%, closed at a weak point, but still a gain. i'm long the common, short the puts, and slightly underwater at the moment, but very content...i'll stay with it for through the next two earnings periods which should confirm the ability to grow with a well positioned product mix... good luck...stay off margin! ed a.
