<Or is your only theory that there are 100's of posts daily so the stock must be over priced?>

Not at all. That only puts me on alert for a top.

My primary sell decision is based on taking the prior 3 days of bullish posts divided by bearish posts for a stock on Silicon Investor and if the result is higher than the share price, the stock should be sold.

A confirming indicator is to take the number of press releases, news articles, etc. copied by board posters for the benefit of other board readers and if the 13 day moving average is greater than 4, sell the stock.

BTW, traditional measures like PEG ratio, price/cash flow, and price/sales should cause investors to be on guard. Notwithstanding future developments in China etc., this is no longer a bull market and valuations on stocks like QCOM, SEBL, CIEN, JNPR, and countless others will not hold up in the coming year.

It's apparent to me that most folks haven't learned too much from the tech debacle and that convinces me that there will be plenty of more pain to come.
