Interesting isn't it, that the prevailing wisdom was that a Bush victory would be good for Wall Street? Now that it's happened, it doesn't look so good. Clinton's economic team of Rubin (already departed) and Larry Summers look pretty good compared to the whomever is being considered by Bush.

It never did make much sense to me that we should be pleased to see the team which presided over a period of unprecedented prosperity (I'm not claiming they created it) tossed out. Maybe the Clinton/Gore team couldn't take credit for the good times, but they didn't mess them up either.
