Tobacco, booze stocks do well in times of depression fear. Jim, I haven't noticed licquor stocks going up but the reason tobacco stocks, particularly MO, are going up is because the street's expectation is that a Republican administration will not be so hard on them.......in fact, will let them go ahead and addict more people without paying any more fines. After all, the rationalization is that if people are too weak to quit, they deserve to die. ted
