ICIX - I don't think that's the case, there's a collar on the price that WCOM will pay. I think WCOM will re-negotiate the terms as the value of ICIX/DIGX has fallen. I think the new terms will be more like 20-22 a share. In that scenario, DIGX will be worth about 11 to ICIX. Rest of ICIX is worthless...

We probably see some change tomorrow, because this will not stay forever. Probably Digx will go down and Icix will go up.
