Ken, Unless they have rewritten the instruction booklet you will get little help from it. May I suggest this. Hack away at all the keys and all the button clicks and right mouse clicks on all the stuff and things you can find. Even then you will not uncover many of the hidden secrets but you will trip across a few. To make it more difficult many of the options and hidden features do not work in the demo mode. But you will get an idea of what they had in mind when they laid it out. Most likely what you want but can not find is really there in some form or another. Next very important thing is to keep an open mind. Do not make judgements until you have played with it for a few days and thought about what and how it works. Unless you have seen something like it your first impression will probably not be good. But after you begin to realize what it can do and how it can be used I think you will like it. The new one is even better with a more windows format and more "hidden" features and more HOT KEYS. You may also want to stop by the mIRC room "interactivebrokers" and ask some questions there.
