Gas prices rocked UPS's 4th Q, but oil down to $28 a barrel might a good omen for future Q's. My father is a heavy truck dealer (Sterling formerly Ford) and December looks to be the first good month in the past six. They expect Q1 to be fair, but not as bad as Q 3&4.
