Try to understand! Lowering interest rates doesn't effect your credit rating. If you have a poor credit rating and no body wants to lend you money then interest rates don't matter. You are not credit worthy! Many telcos will not get the cash they need...it's not just me saying this listen to the Bank of England!

Did you even read the article I gave you links to?

quote.bloomberg.com

"London, Dec. 14 (Bloomberg) -- The Bank of England warned for the second time in six months that the rising debt of European and U.S. telephone companies increases the risk of a financial crisis in world equity and credit markets."

READ THE ARTICLE! IT'S TERRIBLE NEWS! The market will try to shake it off but by next spring you will see that it's blowing up. CSCO's vendor financing to companies like WCII is bad bad move.

The credit bubble is going to pop next year! The dow and s&p will begin a hard decent. You need to do more reading, I think. I'm not trying to be rude. Just helpful...trust me this is really bad news.
