I am more interested in someone confirming the timing of the Korean announcement. As for timing the market, I have messed it up big time this year. every time, and i do mean every time, i thought we would get a sustained rally--poof. i ain't buying anything tomorrow. i have a portfolio which is down almost 50% this year. I will just hang on and hope we get a rally some time. the fed sure overshot the mark this time. that last rate increase of 50 basis points was over-kill.
