There is 4 billion ounces of gold mined, but I have never seen a number for silver.
I was asked to guess once and I thought 60 billion ounces of silver might be possible/probable.

Here are two estimates with references;

Economic Mineral Deposits, Jensen & Bateman, 1981 say the earth's crust is 0.000008% silver vs. 0.0000002% gold, which is 40:1

Introduction to Ore Deposits, Baumann, 1976 claims silver runs 0.1 gpt versus .005gpt for gold, 20:1
