Samard, thanks for your response. I have come to about the same conclusion. At this price downside risk is not great. However I on occasion look at a stock I used to own (KMAG). I never figured it would get to where it is now. It seems that every time I think things can't get any poorer, they do. The order push outs into this quarter are the most positive sign. The writeoffs are done with, and this quarter should show a vast improvement. Jerome
