Tossing your cookies. Funny I should think of that -- we had a few stale cookies left and I was going to feed them to the hens but David grabbed them and took them to the front porch and frisbeed them. They went quite a way. Do deer eat cookies (chocolate chip, store bought on a trip and not finished, now pretty stale)? If not, I know the raccoons will. Or the birds, but not the eagles -- they don't come down to ground that close to the house, just stay up in the trees. One way or another, they'll be gone by morning.
