Dan, here is a little lesson for all on split 101. If you have stock in your account the day before that stock splits/ticker cahnges (ie the price/ticker reflects the split) you get the split. Period. I think that PR by ESYG is incorrect but once again we will have to wait it out like COBB. Now split 202 non-DTC eligible stocks The mm's that sold RCVR/ESYG stock have not/ cannot deliver for two reasons: they sold it short and /or this stock is not set up to clear like other stocks---it is not DCT /CDS elligible (this is the case here) it needs to be cleared manually with the respective selling brokers---which of could be short ---that's wht they are looking into to how to clear and if the seller was short ------untill the trades settle and the stock is delivered --the reorg obviously can't happen
