The way that I have been playing the fed meetings is to get long sometime before the meeting when entry looks relatively safe and sell immediately before the announcement..

this strategy has worked very well in the last few months. there has been time to short the market immediately following the announcement both of the last few months.. the market has had a kinda delayed reaction.. My feeling is the fed goes to nuetral and market rally's anyway.. starting tuesday morning.. I think we are in a 4DMLS ending monday afternoon.. we have closed both the nasdaq gaps, so if we don't rally from here, we will retest lows in my opinion...
